Where do we start? (Cooperation milestones)

Kickoff Workshop

The Head of Talent and the designated partner run the kickoff workshop to:
- Learn about the organization and its needs within the Talent area
- Present the scope of the cooperation
- Educate the stakeholders on the most effective recruitment process

Data Gathering

The designated partner learns about the roles you will be filling, about the company’s culture, values and skills desired to be able to design the recruitment processes for the roles they will be helping you look for

Recruitment Process Design

The partner and the hiring manager design the recruitment process that is objective and provides the panelist with the highest possibility to succeed

Candidates search and sourcing

The partner starts publishing your open positions on the job boards and in HR Hints channels and online community that ammases over 30k members

Interviews and Panelists preparation

The partner recommends the best candidates from all those who responded to the hiring manager. Candidates who are not a certain fit are not passed to the panel to save you time and money.

Offer Management

Once the interviews are over and the right candidate is selected your HR Hints partner takes over the offer management process and manages the relationship with the new hire until they sign the contract.
