Roza conducted a workshop for dotLinkers on the subject of telephone communication with candidates. We started the workshop with an analysis of the challenges we face. Although we always try to look at each issue from many different angles, Roza brought a new perspective which allowed us to work out mechanisms of coping with various situations during telephone calls. Roza quickly establishes relationships that get the best out of people, and training sessions like this take place in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.
