How do we work?
In recruitment, we’re used to the commission-based model, but it creates conflicts of interest and often leads to manipulating salary offers — agencies aim to propose the highest possible salary for a candidate, which isn’t beneficial for the client. Another issue is the lack of recruitment prioritization: the organization has no time to hire, good candidates slip away, and the recruiter loses motivation, focusing on other projects they can realistically complete successfully.
At HR Hints, we operate on a subscription-based model, where a Talent Business Partner joins the organization and actively works with Hiring Managers and the team to hire the right candidates — focusing on quality rather than quantity of applicants. This includes matching candidates to the organization, proper selection, and asking the right questions. We also develop solutions and provide concrete tools that remain in the organization even after the collaboration ends.
Day 1 - kick off
We start on day one with a meeting during which we conduct a detailed analysis of recruitment needs and challenges, develop candidate profiles, and create a recruitment persona that aligns with the organizational culture and brings the specific competencies required.
Within 3 days — Process optimization
As part of the process optimization, you’ll receive from us:
- Job descriptions
- Suggested messages to candidates and job postings
- Appropriate candidate profiles
- Proposed value propositions for candidates
- A tailored process including stages, interview questions, scenarios, and candidate assessment methods
Within 7 days — Strategy with a candidate value proposition
We conduct workshops in which we collaboratively develop:
- An Employee Value Proposition and Employer Branding strategy — a real value proposition for candidates
- A set of expected skills and mindsets for potential employees (e.g., ownership, working in shifts, building from scratch)
During the workshops, we transfer recruitment knowledge to the organization and, most importantly, create values and materials that remain in the organization even after the collaboration ends.
Within 14 days — Candidate recommendations
