Roza Szafranek: Most founders will always fight for their companies to the very end. Sometimes they do it out of devotion, and sometimes ego won’t let them quit. And this is often a mistake. Entrepreneurs should be aware that a crisis will not kill them; it can, at most, bring their company to death. And business failure doesn’t necessarily mean they’re bad leaders – it means their company was “swimming without pants.”
