About the report

This year’s report on HR challenges in startups and emerging technology companies is the first report of its kind in Poland and certainly not the last.

It is a response to the voices of founders who find themselves grappling with interpersonal problems, which include the challenges of team building, motivating employees, and training leaders.

The survey included startups and technology enterprises from every sector and at every stage of company development, and the aim of the initiative was to build awareness of the startup ecosystem in Poland and to identify the HR challenges faced by founders and managers of fast-developing companies.
